Refund policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with anything you order from us, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Any requests made after this period will not be granted. We will cover the return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, shoes must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. For returns to the original form of payment, a handling fee of $7.00 will apply. XSHAO1942 is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once you receive your return shipping label, you have 14 days to ship the product back to us.
