Shipping policy

We currently only ship to all 50 states within United States. 

We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Reach out to xs@shinshaw.com to let us know where we can ship your order, and we’ll be happy to provide rates and further information.

f your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email xs@shinshaw.com as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. We try to process orders quickly so we’ll do everything we can to help! 

We try our best to process and ship every order within one business day. We also do our best to let every customer know if their order will take longer than usual to fulfill. If you have questions about the status of your order, feel free to reach out to us at xs@shinshaw.com

After ordering, usually, processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Then one of our carriers takes care of your package the rest of the way. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. For orders within the contiguous US, packages usually arrive in 1-3 business days after notification of shipment.
